Transmission Planner -German speaking
Experience in fixed network planning for DWDM (optical) technology, migration planning. The project is all about shifting SDH to WDM.
- A good working knowledge of IP fundamentals, eg packet structure, IP Addressing (including sub-netting), Layer 3 routing, etc.
- A good working knowledge of Ethernet and IP QoS mechanisms, ie PCP and DSCP marking, policing, classification, scheduling, congestion avoidance and shaping
- An understanding of IP transport protocols, ie UDP, TCP, SCTP and RTP/RTCP
- An understanding of the IPSec architecture and protocols
