Aufgaben:
Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem ITIL Project Manager (m/w) mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englsichkenntnissen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
(Key Duties and Responsibilities)

+ Together with the outsourcing provider, finalize the "processes & tools" workstream, including all agreed deliverables, quality gates and sign-offs. Specifically:
+ Support the delivery of the remaining process documents, based on the ITIL framework
+ Drive and support the operational implementation of the process framework developed
+ Drive the implementation of service request processes in ServiceNow, in close alignment with IT department and business
+ Support the owners of the roles within the customer organization to implement the processes and inherit the roles effectively
+ Support the improvement of the processes in operation through transparency, control an effective action plans
+ Support the preparation and implementation for the potential ServiceNow upgrade project.

Anforderungen:
+ Sound project management skills, preferably with a PRINCE2 background
+ Strong ITIL implementation expertise with a proven hands-on implementation track record
+Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German language
+ Strong communication skills
+ Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, within experience in a global and multi-cultural organization
+ Professional and positive approach, ability to cope under (time) pressure
+ Willing to travel within Europe to a limited extend, to support process implementation in regional teams
