Beschreibung

For the Logistics & Direct Markets Management Team, which ensures compliant transfer and efficient shipping of semi-/finished drug products from different sites to affiliates and 3rd party customers worldwide. materials between manufacturing sites, logistics hubs to more then 120 countries is required th e serialization and traceability expert, who will be responsible for the system performance and data interfaces between Aii/OER and warehouse management systems, that are required for an effective operations of receipt, storage, transfer, repackaging/labeling or return of serialized materials.

Main tasks are following:
• Ensure reliable and efficient execution of the distribution and logistics processes;
• Maintain data integrity in all relevant serialization systems and interfaces;
• Provide technical support for all serialization interface and system related issues;
• Lead and coordinate all technical aspects of serialization, track and trace capabilities;
• Review relevant IT system and interface standards to further improve logistics processes;
• Support and contribute to realization of department purpose, objectives and strategy;
• maintain compliant Interface standarts to ensure data integrity between client´s serialization and traceability systems and the warehouse management system.

The candidate should bring:
• a master degree in engineering, supply chain or IT
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the areas of system solutions and/or supply chain
• Ability to analyze system and data structures to identify problems
• Experience in leading in a Matrix organisation
• Strong in problem solving and decision making and distinguished team and customer orientation
• fluent in English and German and very good communicative skills
