UC4 L2 Production Support:Ensure the stable execution of several jobs during the day and end of day process.
Performing Incident and Problem Management aligned with client's processes following ITIL terminology.
Supporting the whole UC4/Automic One Automation engine within a DevOps environment.
This is role can be fulfilled by a Service Operation Specialist who is able to fulfil the following tasks:
- performing Incident & Problem Management task
- Service Request Fullfilment
- Supporting Change and Deployment Management
- Monitoring of existing job plans in UC4
- Analysing of abborts (check scripts, code, variable content, status of agents)
- deployment of job plan(s) incl. manual tasks after deployment
- support the automation of day to day tasks
- daily / weekly / monthly reporting tasks using SAP BI intelligence
- on call support out of business hours
- support different project work within the UC4 environment
- UC4 certified - must have
- Working experience with UC4 - must have
- General coding and scripting knowledge - P2 (should be able to read and create scripts on his own) - must have
- working experience within SAP Banking environment - P2 - Nice to have
- working experience with SAP business intelligence reporting tool / Crystal Reports - P2 - nice to have
- working experience within Informatica Power Center - P2 - nice to have
ITIL Foundation minimum, best Expert certification
- should have worked in L2 Production Support

The candidate must show strong knowledge and dedication to ITIL Service Operation processes. Reasonable working experience is a must.
