1.Approving and monitoring of code changes on shared objects
2.Conducting impact analysis of these changes on other projects
3.commiting of changes in profiles and permission sets
4.Managing code quality
5.conducting regular reviews of developers guidelines as part of sprint retrospective
6.Conducting static analysis of the code
7.Managing code repository
8.Branching and merging the code repository 9.creating users and managing access etc
