Business Analyst IT (m/w) Energy Trading

Start: ASAP - 01.09.2016 + Option
Volumen: 960 hours Onsite
Location: Düsseldorf

Tasks
Act as Business Analyst and Dependency and Project Management Support for SHARP Nordic implementation projects
Develop and apply project management disciplines,
Understand and highlight dependencies and support Dependency Manager to effectively manage any dependencies to/from assigned work stream
Planning facilitated sessions for any aspect of the project including problem resolution, design, analysis and planning.
Work with internal and external suppliers for the project or obtain services.
Ensure that all testing is carried out and reviewed and approved between appropriate parties, including the business users.
Maintain good communication line with the business and IS stakeholders
Ensuring the delivered project meets the needs of the business and remains aligned to SHARP harmonisation and IS strategic direction.
Understand the Dispatch Business as Business Analyst and work for the STFO+NOM Workstream and all activities which are needed to fulfil the SHARP Scope and Go-Live of the new Solution

Skills

Expertise from previous projects within the power dispatch function.
Expertise of the Nordic Power market.
Experience of large scale vendor selections in the dispatch space.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Subject Matter Expertise in ETRM and Dispatch System tasks and conflicts managing.
Subject Matter Expertise in the business processes relating to power dispatch.
Experience of power dispatch landscapes from multiple European Energy trading companies
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to steer and collaborate, training and coaching skills
Ability to deliver Energy trading specific training.
