Roles: HCM SuccessFactors (HCM SF) M/FStart Date: ASAP
Location: Baden-Württemberg, Germany and partially remote.
Duration: 8 months +
Task:
Support the creation of a detailed approach at early stage for a many countries.
Replacing an already existing installation with a different configuration and varying data history for different employee groups. Participate during creation of a detailed task plan for the SuccessFactors (SF) related steps required.
Open roles are available:
SF cut over manager
SF Architect
SF Configuration Consultant
Skills to be covered with various consultants:
- HCM on Premise knowledge
- SF module integration
- Integration SF to onPremise
- Intercultural sensitivity and experience in virtual, global project collaboration
- HCM Cloud
- Knowledge of FIORI
- UI5,
- and HCP would be a plus.
- SF RCM module configuration
