Main Responsibilities:You will be joining a fast growing and international team, being responsible for creating customer centric solutions for Business Support System (BSS) within EMEA region. You will handle all technical aspects of our customer engagements, delivering business values through technical expertise and strategic guidance.
Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
??Support account teams to seek out, identify and develop business leads in EMEA, especially Western Europe region.
??Analyze customer’s BSS current situation and IT budget situation. Propose future desired architecture and develop appropriate business models for each case.
??Identify customer’s pain points, provide corresponding proposal with business case and technology solution.
??Achieve annual sales targets while being responsible for the complete sales lifecycle – from lead generation to contract signing; Being responsible for solution proposal, RFx response, solution clarification, high level scoping, etc.
??Contribute on marketing strategy and pipeline management
??Contribute on market insights and product roadmap management
Requirements:
??8+ years experience in BSS/IT area (hands-on experience preferred)
??Working experience with major system integrators or BSS vendors in a similar role
??Familiar with Enterprise IT architecture, BSS/OSS solutions. Have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the
following domains:
??Digital Channels (eCommerce, Customer Experience, …)
??CRM & Order Management
??Big data (Real-time Decision, Analytics,…)
??Rating/Charging/Billing
??Familiar with telecom business processes (Frameworx, eTOM, TAM)
??Good business relationships with telecoms industry consultants, analytical organizations is preferred
??Team worker, self-motivated and flexible on business travels
??Fluent English (another major European language is a plus)
??Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
