Dispatcher - Telecomms
I am currently looking for a number of Dispatchers to work based in Essen, Germany.
Duties and Responsibilities
The dispatcher is the interface between the customer and the field engineers. He/she is responsible for the timely execution of all incoming work orders. In this context, it ensures compliance with the agreed with the customer SLA (Service Level Agreements).
Candidate Skills and Requirements
Your profile:
Completed vocational training as an IT systems engineer/in or comparable education
Experience in the disposition of Incident Management and Implementation
Knowledge of basic network structures in the fixed network (Access and Core)
Materials Management processes. Industrial processes in the Field Service
Required knowledge and skills:
Dealing with Interference tools and the MS Office package
Teamwork
Good communication and information behaviour
High customer orientation
planning, organizing, and ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, assertiveness
High analytical skills
methodological competence
High load capacity
