Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3468 for an IT Infrastructure Coordinator (f/m)Project environment
A global Swiss insurance company.
Tasks
• The primary responsibility is to define and deliver the implementation of products and services within the Network, Telephony & Video vertical.
• Member of the Project Delivery team.
• Initiation, planning and implementation of IT Infrastructure based programmes and projects.
• Work with the technical engineers, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all projects and tasks are tracked and delivered to the expected quality standards of the programme.
• Maintain telephony/network documentation.
• Coordination with various teams, technical and non-technical.
Requirements
• End to end Project Management of Office Location projects.
• Proven IP Networking experience in Project Management roles (3+ years preferred).
• Proven IPT/VoIP experience in Project Management roles (1+ years preferred).
• 3-5 years experience as Project Coordinator.
• Ability to define and execute projects with little supervision and according to a given framework.
• Ability to define and structure business cases.
• Experience in customer / client facing roles is advantageous.
• Experience in handling multiple vendors is essential.
• Proven experience in outsourcing environments, specifically multi-vendor experience.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, working daily with multiple remote sites.
• Experience with technical documentation specification, review and updates - in English.
• ITIL knowledge.
• Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Pragmatic and hands-on personality, able to deliver to high quality standards and under time pressure.
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
