We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Chinese/English Speaking RAN Back Office Engineer to join their business in Germany.

Requirements
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management (SW)
- Pro-active Problem detection
- Int. SLA/KPI reporting
- Performance Analysis; Setup and implementation of workarounds; Support testing and implementation of SW patches;
Qualifications
- Experience in Huawei 2G/3G/4G Technology including Management System (OSS)
- Experience in other vendors 3G technology
- English and Chinese fluent language skills
- Team Player, good communication skills
- Optional but occasional night shifts
