Trans4mation BS GmbH & Co. KG betreut namhafte Kunden im IT-Umfeld.Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir gerade Unterstützung in folgendem Projekt:
Technology Consultant Infrastructure (m/w) Big Data Platform
Aufgabenumfeld / Projektinformationen:
Technology Consultant Infrastructure for the new Big Data Platform
- Support Lead Architect with the development of the infrastructure architecture for the new Big Data Platform
- Work with consultants and subject matter experts, customer and 3rd party developers on implementation aspects
- Work together with required subject matter experts and the lead architect on required concepts for the detailed architecture, e.g.
o HW-Architecture
o Networking concept
o Zoning and Security Concept
o Hosting
o Management concept (e.g. Monitoring, Backup, Patching, etc.) o Support and Operations concept o Automation
- Oversee and perform the infrastructure installation (e.g. Setup of Linux-Cluster as Basis for Hadoop)
- Documentation of the infrastructure setup
- If no experience with Big Data / Hadoop, be flexible to adapt existing infrastructure concepts to Big Data specific requirements
Erforderliche Kenntnisse:
- Linux
- Networking
- Server-HW installation (Oversee and verify)
- Automated OS-Installation and hardening
- Infrastructure Operation and Management implementation
- Integration into the customer environment
- Setup Logging and Log Management
- Prepare automation scripts (e.g. kickstart)
- Prepare platform for middleware and application installation
- Support application teams during troubleshooting and testing OPTIONAL
- Experience with Big Data infrastructures (Hadoop / MapR)
- Experience with Tomcat Web-Applications
Sprachkenntnisse:
Deutsch und Englisch
