Our client is looking for a SAP RE Expert who is deeply experienced in RE - FX projects especially in big client environments e. g. within the insurance industry.

Erforderlich:
Long/ midsize time Experiences in RE FX Projects in big client environment e.g. insurance or bank industry or public sector; Extended skills in flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)RE-FX Modules (Core Modules): Master Data Management (Architecture and Usage view and hierarchy definition); Contract Management (lease in, lease out contract); Adjustment of conditions (definition of contract conditions for index and free adjustments); Energy Management (definition of energy & consumptions assigned to contracts); Investment & Constructions (definition of process construction work, property or building assets); Service Charge Settlement; Plant Maintenance (repair and maintenance requests and regulars inspections process definition) Additional SAP Skills: SAP RE-FX (ERP 6.); Integration skills in FI/CO/MM/PM/FI-AA required; SAP ERP roles and authorization as well RE object migration skills optional required; Fluent German and English
