Description:
You join the intern team as a Scrum Master to support the agile environment. The goal is to reach more efficiency by centralizing the clients platform which provides small and medium size companies knowledge about their software products.
Tasks:
- Coach the team to continuous improvement of the process and product quality
- Track and follow up on improvement actions the team decided to do
- Identify, track and remove impediments
- Organize and moderate team meetings: (dailys), refinement meetings, sprint reviews, sprint plannings, retrospectives
- Organize and keep track of cooperation with other teams/projects
- 50% on-site in Freiburg Tue/Wed/Thu (Wednesdays we have the sprint turns every 3 weeks)
- Fluent English skills
