Beschreibung

One of my customers, based in Frankfurt, is currently looking for an expert in the field of Concur.

Job requirements and responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for all Concur systems
  • Support and main system administrator
  • Run the Concur support model, which involves multiple departments and IT systems
  • Distributing with the Concur Audit function to ensure they are both correctly processing claims
  • Supervision of interaction with the Concur Support Service and the system users
  • Ensure that user service standards and solutions are timely and reasonable
  • Administering AMEX Corporate Card and Launch Card feeds into Concur and allocate new cards to users
  • Working with external and internal travel providers and booking platforms to ensure a convenient end-to-end travel process via Concur
  • Contact for main Concur problems, related problem-solving from directly received questions and ensuring users are dealt with in a timely and professional manner also that the solutions are fitting with other systems
  • Multiple interface error trapping and ensuring solutions
  • Documentation of Concur
  • Backup for the Finance processor role
  • Assisting with the training and support of new users
  • Assisting and taking an active role in future Concur roll outs
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Any and all master data management activities (e.g. Employee/List Management) within Concur
  • Maintenance of audit rules within Concur


Definite requirements:
  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Good spoken and written German
  • Experienced in IT support and triage of multiple queries across differing subjects
  • Expert in the use and support of Concur as a software
  • Working knowledge of SAP and interfacing to Concur
  • Pro-active and hands-on problem solver
  • Good time-management
  • Friendly, customer-orientated professional
  • Able and willing to assist users at all levels within the company including senior Executives.
  • Good team-player and willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is completed to both a high standard and within the time frame required
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider support network
  • Educated to degree standard
