Einsatzort: Hannover
Responsibilities:
•Technical Analysis
•Work closely with Project Managers to identify and scope potential integration solutions
•Work with client technical teams to evaluate integration and deployment options
•Service Integration Support
•Assume technical and functional leadership role
•On-site implementation and support for premier clients (Up to 20% travel)
•Assist activation team in Activation
•Software Development Capability
•Service customizations to support client deployments
•Activation Tools development
•Service Self-Installer development
•Technical Sales Support:
•Work with Sales and Product Management to generate product descriptions for service offerings
•Support Sales Team on technical pre-sales meetings
Desired Education & Experience:
•Fluent in French is mandatory and excellent English skills
•Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse and complex environment.
•Ability to plan and organize and to set priorities in order to meet deadlines.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including the ability to tailor communication to varied audiences, technical and non-technical, and all management levels
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, ability to maintain own workflow, effectively prioritizing to best meet project goals;
•Solid testing discipline. Experience creating Unit and System tests
•Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, supervisory and administrative skills
•Collaborative approach to problem-solving, including use of remote teams/staff.
•Strong project management skills and experience in a software development and implementation environment
•System known : JAVA, JIRA, Confluence, Cucumber, Jenkins
