Beschreibung

Aufgabe:
- Main point of contact for all Concur system support and main system administrator
• Able to run the Concur support model, which involves multiple departments and IT systems
• Liaising with the Concur Audit function to ensure they are both correctly processing claims and doing so in a timely manner
• Overseeing the interaction with the Concur Support Service and the system users. Verifying that user service standards and solutions are timely and reasonable
- Administering various Corporate Card and Launch Card feeds into Concur and assigning new cards to appropriate system users
• Working with external and internal travel providers, or booking platforms, to ensure a smooth end-to-end travel process is possible via Concur.
• Contact for main Concur internal support email inbox, related problem-solving from directly received questions, and ensuring users are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
• Keep on top of open cases with Concur support and ensure that solutions to these are fitting to the system and business
• Multiple interface error trapping and ensuring that any issues between the systems which either feed Concur or are being fed by Concur are swiftly resolved
• Documentation of the Concur universe including links to feeder or supplier systems
• Acting as a backup for the Finance processor role if required
• Assisting with the training and support of new users
• Assisting and taking an active role in future Concur roll outs
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Any and all master data management activities (eg. Employee/List Management) within Concur
• Maintenance of audit rules within Concur



Anforderung:
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Good spoken and written German
• Experienced in IT support and triage of multiple queries across differing subjects
• Expert in the use and support of Concur as a software
• Working knowledge of SAP and interfacing to Concur
• Pro-active and hands-on problem solver
• Good time-management
• Friendly, customer-orientated professional
• Able and willing to assist users at all levels within the company including senior Executives.
• Good team-player and willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is completed to both a high standard and within the time frame required
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider support network
• Educated to degree standard
