Responsibility:
• Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service customer accounts. Collect and analyse all marketing information
• Enhance customer relationships
• Manage and coordinate all activities between Our Customer and the customer. Promote the full range of Technologies solutions to defined customers.
• Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations
• Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with the product division.
• Create and present customer proposals and quotations
• Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features
• Create sales account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, computer science or electronics
• Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology and long-term relationships with strategic carrier accounts
• Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the vice president and technical level
• Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans
• Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Wireless solutions including CDMA, UMTS; Broadband Network; Handsets and smart phone area and M2M machine communication.
• Detailed knowledge of local carrier business models and service management strategies. Sales / account / products management experience with a proven track record with an international telecoms equipment company
