- Deliver a centrally-led Supply Chain transformation according to agreed timeline
- Govern and enable the correct level of engagement across all stakeholders segments across the life cycle of a program
- Able to define the engagement and deployment roadmap for all key stakeholders
- Prepare for Operational Readiness at all key functions
- As key change agent
- Key support/sparring partner to VP Supply Chain
Job requirements Projectmanager
- Track record in implementing Supply Chain transformation program in a Global environment
- Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions
- Strong project management skills and knowledge
- Highly organized self-starter with exceptional client service, strategic thinking, communication, analytical, and people management skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction, including the ability to manage ambiguity and the political aspects of change
- Able to station in Cologne office for 4 days a week
- Fluency in German, spoken and written
- Start : Immediate
