Project Manager ( Office 365 implementation, German, migration, office365, exchange, Lotus Notes)
Our financial client is currently looking for external support office automation with the following profile:
Migration Project Lotus Notes to Office 365: Project leader for introduction of Office 365 clients and defining business processes
Summary:
Our Frankfurt-based financial client migrated from Lotus Notes and Sametime to Microsoft Office 365 suite based on Exchange, Skype for Business and SharePoint. Under this project, a Project leader is wanted for two work packages in the field of office automation: Introduction Office Client/Office 365 Pro Plus and implementation of all operational processes and workflows.
Here, communication skills and independent, methodical and sustained work is required in particular. Knowledge of project management and basic knowledge of the designated software products are prerequisites. Ideally, knowledge of a similar migration project are available.
Tasks and activities:
- Project leader above work packages (E. G. Reports, worklists, coordination departments, conduct workshops) on behalf of the Department of office automation
- Coordination of the introduction of Microsoft Office 365 Suite clients on laptops, desktop PCs and the Citrix environment, according to previous tests with departments and specialists definition and coordination of operational processes and workflows through the use of the above software products for all departments (E. G. and server operation and administration)
- Machining of service management issues with a definition of interfaces, description of services and service levels and measuring and reports of KPIs accompaniment and coordination of Risk Assessments and Security Assessments creation and maintenance of operational documents
Qualifications & skills:
- Understanding on the definition of operational processes and service management
- Extensive professional experience as project/Project leader
- Overview and basic understanding of Front End PC systems, Citrix XenApp and Office 365 cloud implementations
- High motivation to perform a demanding task in a challenging project environment
- Distinctive coordination skills and empathy
- Distinctive Teamwork and communication skills
- Very good German and English, spoken and written are required
