The Role
- Develop test Hard- and Software for Automotive ICs.
- Support Test Architects in generating test concepts.
- Optimize test methodologies in terms of cost and quality improvements.
- Create reusable test routines to decrease development cost and time and to improve product quality.
- Release multi-site test systems according to MSA/ISO TS-16949 requirements for device characterization and mass production.
- Transfer test applications to production sites in Asia.
- Provide documentation like Test Specification, Release and Transfer Protocols.
