Beschreibung
Aufgabe:In order to ensure the success of the Revenue Integrity tool in both the current PSS (Amadeus) and future PSS (Sabre), the customer must thoroughly test and validate all functionality, rules and processes in both systems to ensure everything works exactly.
• Create PNRs according to specifications, in preparation for execution of testcases
• Perform system testing using defined scenarios and testcases
• Monitor and document results/outcome of each test performed , a long with documentation of all other related activities
• Report issues, questions and concerns as they relate to testing
• Conduct follow-up research as needed to resolve defects or failed tests– this includes working with
system providers and /or internal businessunits
• Provide written reports to show testing activity (completion rates, pass/failrates, defect resolutionrates, etc)
• Assist with the development and finalization of scenarios/testscripts/cases that will be used during testing
• Assist with ad –hoc or additional testing support activities which may be required at times due to project requirements
Anforderung:
• Airline /GDS experience – preferably in Reservations & Ticketing (Amadeus and /or Sabre GDS)
• Basic understanding of Revenue Integrity principles and processes, as well as practical experiences with Revenue Integrity Systems– preferably Sabre Revenue Integrity
• Strong technical and procedural understanding
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with testing applications and projectmanagement
• Ability to execute detailed testing scripts and document results

• Ability to read ,write and speak English and German fluently
