TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Consultant Implementation & Migration Management (m/w). Die Arbeit findet im internationalen Umfeld statt, Projekt-/Arbeitssprache ist Englisch.
Aufgaben:
Implementation Manager (45%)
* Work effectively with peers, other departments, and management
* Problem (resolution) management - engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
* Review technical concepts (when necessary)
* Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines
* Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of migration oriented work efforts.
Migration Manager (10%)
* Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, setting agendas, compiling minutes, distributing project materials, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
* Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resource allocations to meet the needs of deliverable stakeholders.
* During the migration: Act as point of contact/go-to, as required, for problem identification, resolution, and escalation as needed.
* Interact with technical partners to communicate business requirements and be able to communicate technical constraints and/or issues with businesses in terms they can understand.
Technical Specialist (45%)
* Assist with project work to grow the technology infrastructure
* Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, and rollout of systems
* Provide input and recommendations to the organization surrounding hardware and software technologies, be proactive with new technologies
* Provide technical support
* Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* Experienced Business Consultant
* Fluent English and German
* Strong problem resolution skills - proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical concepts quickly
* Implementation methodology experience
* Organizational and planning skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines
