Requirements
- Responsible for delivering technical training of Data Center and IT equipment and solutions to customers, staff and partners.
- Analyze the training demands of telecom customers, optimize and localize training courses accordingly
- Develop and optimize the course-ware for new course, customized course and existing course.
- Maintain and manage training facilities to support practical training course delivery, including training equipment, training classroom, training labs and accessory assets
- Provide training solutions by participating in bidding and contract review according to customer requirements; ensure proposed courses are efficient and deliverable
- Ensure the training center delivers cost-effective solutions and high quality standards
- Ensure high-standard course development and course delivery
- Frequent traveling is required to meet Company’s training requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of telecommunications experience, specifically in Datacenter and IT (Cloud) areas
- Strong knowledge of cabling and IP (routing, switching) within Datacenters
- Knowledge of cooling and energy systems
- Strong organization and transfer-of-knowledge skills
- Energetic & motivated
