Project Description:Monitors, controls and operates complex computer systems, networks, applications and/or distributed systems.
Analyzes problems (according to the service agreements), resolves and routes as appropriate, supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to customer requirements, performing I/O (tape and print) duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience as System Administrator (f/m)
Administration Cisco Router/Switches
Applying standard configurations
Provisioning of network components
Quality/acceptance test
Network documentation
Process network changes
2nd Level Support
Knowledge of CCNA Routing, Switching (or equivalent knowledge)
EXCEL, Visio
Fluent knowledge of english and german language
