- Active directories,
- Protocols - LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN, Cisco Router, Switch and Hubs,
- Symantec Backup Exec 11.0 Server and End point protection,
- Network Printers, Scanners, Network Cards, Memory and other peripheral devices,
- Network Cabling and Hardware testing,
- IPhone and Blackberry support and Avaya IP Phones.
- MCSE or equivalent Microsoft certification would be required. CCNA certification would be an added advantage.
