Main tasks• Implement, configure the different infrastructure components, participate in the implementation of risk management in infrastructure components by applying the policy and procedures defined by the company;
• Administer infrastructure tools and participate in the implementation of rules of use;
• in accordance with the standards and corporate standards and respect of service contracts;
• Track and analyze the performance of infrastructure components and diagnose malfunction causes to propose measures for improvement or alternatives;
• Develop and implement systematic procedures for testing the infrastructure components;
• Support actions of other teams in the division Customer Services
• Participate in the implementation of the commissioning of the new components required for the solutions developed by the Project Division;
• Ensure coordination of providers within specific projects.

Skills and Competencies
• Higher education in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience
• Very good knowledge of Windows environments (MCSE, MCSA), Exchange Server 2010, Linux Sles 11/12, VMWare vSphere 5.5 / VDI, Citrix XenDesktop, SAN storage (EMC VNX), Data Domain (EMC)
• Process knowledge, leading repositories of best practices (ITIL)
• Good knowledge of networks (IP and communicating associated services) and communication systems (messaging, Internet gateways, web servers)
• Good concepts in computer security and telecommunications
