Aufgabenbeschreibung:The requested PMO resource is responsible to take over classical project management tasks from initiation until the closing of the project.
IT PMO services related to management support
• General Set up
• Project / Milestone planning and tracking
• Activity, issue, change control and risk management
• Reporting
• Meeting management
IT PMO services related to administrative support
• Work Product Tracking
- Coordination of work products, work flows and structures
- Distribution of WP-Ids, check and maintenance of WP meta data
- Creation of spaces in Alfresco
- Check work flow execution and distribute status reports
- Supporting project members regarding issues with Alfresco
• Meeting management
- Telco data to be provided on demand and need to be maintained in the project calendar (ensure that there are no overlapping usages of same dial ins)
- (Re-) Organization preparation and post-execution of meetings, jour fixes, steering committees or workshops (preparation of invitations, room reservations, catering organization - where applicable, ensure in time delivery of materials and consolidate meeting input, quality assurance, etc.), ensure right person has accepted the invitation)
Anforderungen:
Project management methods should be known and ideally have been used in former projects (such as PMI or IPMA). Additional requirements:
• University degree in business studies or comparable qualification
• Upper understanding of Project Management Methodologies
• High commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and high degree of reliability/flexibility
• Very good communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in an international team
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, sound understanding of database systems (e.g. SAP), knowledge of Microsoft Project, Lotus Notes and Clarity is an advantage
• Project language is English. Thus, written and spoken German and English is required.
In addition to the PMO capabilities the following functional/technical skills are required.
• IT project experience is desirable
• Functional knowledge of clearing and settlement processes is an advantage
