Beschreibung

The IT service owner is responsible for the international CRM solution myCRM which is deployed in fourteen countries all over the world. Furthermore, the position holder is in charge of the service application Automated Contact Note (ACN). Both myCRM and ACN are developed in-house based on .NET with a MS SQL database and several interfaces to other applications. The role of an IT service owner includes the following tasks:
• Coordination of the activities within the myCRM/ACN-application team members
• Worldwide service coordination and stakeholder management with affected partners from Business Product Management, Business Operations and IT
• Service planning (lifecycle, service enhancements and continuous improvements)
• Subject matter expert of technical end-to-end processes, logical and physical architecture, technical components
• Analysis of Change Requests, responsible for non-functional and technical requirements, release bundling
• Active technical support of the myCRM developers during a project
• Provision of the release approval and its documentation
• Document Owner of the application documentation (e.g. Security Concept, Infrastructure Design, Solution Design and Operating Manual)
• Service management (SLA/OLA control)
• Service monitoring, availability control, 3rd level application support (Service Request-, Incident- and Problem-Management)
• Handover of recurring support tasks to 2nd and 1st Level Support
• Maintenance support in terms of lifecycle changes, application documentation, regular controls, statistics, etc.
• Support of test preparation and execution, release support
• Coordination of all interface-applications with an end-to-end service responsibility
• Take measures to provide a reliable and efficient IT-Service (application, infrastructure)
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in computer science
• Proven similar experience within the financial industry - solid knowledge of underlying banking processes (e.g. compliance- and sales process)
• Market knowledge of CRM solutions highly preferred
• Proven expert knowledge within IT integration and web technologies (ASP.NET, C#, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, IIS , Internet Explorer)
• Microsoft Certificates ASP.NET Developer, Microsoft Enterprise Application Developer or appropriate MCTS certifications preferred
• Good skills in application management
• Profound skills in software development and architecture
• Highly structured, able to address options and underlying evaluation
• Strong coordination and presentation capabilities
• Team oriented, flexible, proactive, autonomous, persistent, sustainable
• Excellent English language skills, good German skills preferred
