We are currently looking for a System Administrator (m/f) Linux and/or Windows for our client in Erlangen.Important: The ideal candidate should be interested in working as a perm employee after 3 – 4 months.
Start: February 2016
Duration: 3 months
Project location: Erlangen
Your tasks:
• Maintain the Linux infrastructure and/or Windows infrastructure
• Rollout, configuration and support of hardware and software for employees
• Mobile device management
• Install software, implement security measures and monitor networks
• Inhouse network maintenance
• Internal IT support
Your skills:
• Working experience with Linux, especially Redhat and Ubuntu and/or Windows Server 2012
• Working experience with Nagios/Centreon/Splunk or similar tools
• Working experience with VMware and Veeam Backup or similar tools
Nice to have:
• Experience with configuring storage units, e.g. NetApp
• Experience with network/firewall configuration
• Scripting/coding experience (e.g. Bash, Python or others)
