On behalf of our client Dietzel & Company GmbH is looking for a

Consequence Manager m/f

as a subject matter expert to lead Global Consequence Management.

Overview of role:
Consequence Management
Non-compliance to policy effects the clients global organisation in the whole range. Thus, the employees have a number of specific duties to minimise risk, including understand their obligation to comply with applicable Laws and Regulations; plus adhere strictly to the clients Policy, Values and Ethical Standards.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will possesses experience in team and business service development; be able to build and maintain relationship-led Consequence Management services; plus facilitate the delivery of consequence information papers, meeting materials and briefing products to ensure the prompt reporting of policy / control breach.
Team and project planning – aligned to the execution of a standardised planning process – in conjunction with the application of management response and recovery programs, will be required to enable the consistent direction of consequence and downstream remediation.

Requiered skills:
The ideal candidate’s résumé will reflect knowledge and experience in a substantial number of the following

Utilising control systems and developing supporting documentation;
Assembling ‘After-Action Reports’;
Constructing ‘Procedural-Flow-Synopsis’;
Developing ‘Controller and Observer Handbooks’;
Preparing briefings for conducting each phase of ‘Exercise Documentation’;
Understanding, and describing ‘Inter-service Responsibilities and Limitations’;
Understanding or participating in ‘Management-level Policy / Decision-making’;
Working with ‘Global Resources’;
Preparing and analysing ‘After-Action-Reports’ and other documentation to produce ‘Lessons Learned’ and ‘Best Practices’;
Facilitating ‘Training Portions’ of exercises; and
Providing ‘Operational Interpretations’ of risk-effects.
This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree desirable. Education in Prince 2, ITIL or similar discipline is desirable. Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
Candidates should possess 5+ years of related Certified Information Systems Security Professional (‘CISSP’), Certified Information Systems Auditor (‘CISA’), or Certified Information Systems Manager (‘CISM’) experience supporting financial services operations.
Travel expected 10-30%.
