Beschreibung

Tasks:

Project Management Office and administrative support:

Business Case management:
Tracking and controlling of primary costs
Assigning “not allocated costs” like travel expenses accordingly
Generate project budget reports IT
Breakdown of business plan regarding sub-projects, timeframe and cost types
Generate / validate forecasts

Budget transfers:
Controlling of requested budget transfers and updating of business case accordingly
Allocation of cost to appropriate PSPs

PSP management:
Set up new and control existing PSPs; ensure appropriate number of PSPs

CATS management:
Allocation and comparison of booked hours; identification of delta

Reporting:
Monthly cross-check reporting

Work Product Tracking:
Coordination of work products, work flows and structures
Creation of spaces in Alfresco
Check work flow execution and distribute status reports
Supporting project members regarding issues with Alfresco

Project Team management:
IT staff on boarding physically
Maintenance of absence / vacation list and issue reporting
Organisational chart update
Stakeholder / Contact list update
Preparation and coordination of relocations / moves

Meeting management:
Telco data to be provided on demand and need to be maintained in the project calendar
Organization preparation and post-execution of meetings, jour fixes, steering committees or workshops

Skills:

Project management methods should be known and ideally have been used in former projects (such as PMI or IPMA).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, sound understanding of database systems (e.g. SAP), knowledge of Microsoft Project, Lotus Notes and Clarity is an advantage
University degree in business studies or comparable qualification
Upper understanding of Project Management Methodologies
Experience with budget management
High commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility
Ability to work under pressure and high degree of reliability/flexibility
Very good communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in an international team
