We are currently looking for a Commissioning Supervision for a project in Saudi Arabia.Checking the correct installation of the process plant (mechanical completion)
Flushing and blowing out of piping and equipment
Support and supervision of Daelim’s staff (main contractor) and subcontractor staff
Involvement in test run of the machinery (pumps, compressors with turbine drive)
Preparation of procedures, check of contractor’s procedures and planning work for the above activities
Review of the process control system (DCS) and the safety devices
Commissioning of the plant (shift operation) together with the shift leader from main contractor and shift team of the customer
Participation is planning and execution of on-site modifications, if necessary
Involvement in data acquisition during operation
Work in the performance guarantee test
Support of the project team for documentation of the as-built status of the plant
Experience in the above mentioned commissioning and precommissioning activities
Preferably experience in the operation of ammonia plants, or other chemical plants or natural gas processing plants
Experience in operation of DCS (Yokogawa preferred)
Experience in working abroad
Used to work independently
Experience with high pressure equipment
