Aufgabenbeschreibung:The PMO is responsible for the support of classical project management tasks from initiation until the closing of the project. In particular this includes:
IT PMO services related to financial support:
- Business Case management
- Budget transfers
- PSP management
- CATS management
- Actuals controlling
- Reporting
IT PMO services related to management support
- General Set up
- Project / Milestone planning and tracking
- Activity, issue, change control and risk management
- Reporting
- Meeting Management
IT PMO services related to administrative support
- Work Product Tracking
- Work order management
- CATS management
- Project Team management
- Meeting management
- Mailbox and project drive / device handling
- Activity, issue and risk management
Anforderungen:
Project management methods should be known and ideally have been used in former projects (such as PMI or IPMA).
Additional requirements:
· University degree in business studies or comparable qualification
· Upper understanding of Project Management Methodologies
· Experience with budget management
· High commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility
· Ability to work under pressure and high degree of reliability/flexibility
· Very good communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in an international team
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, sound understanding of database systems (e.g. SAP), knowledge of Microsoft Project, Lotus Notes and Clarity is an advantage
· Project language is English. Thus, written and spoken English and German is required.
In addition to the PMO capabilities the following functional/technical skills are required.
· IT project experience is desirable
· Service implementation/ deployment experience desirable
