Beschreibung

Accountable for the End-to-End Project Delivery of Global Application programmes for Group Functions, Local Markets and external customers within agreed budget and timelines. Manages Global Application Programme related budget and delivers high quality service transition to Global Application and its stakeholders.

Manages key stakeholders in the service delivery chain, own the programme communication and alignment between the business and IT services team at senior management and project levels; accountable for delivery of all IT services tasks in the programme.
Leads an international IT Services programme team with the accountability to manage end-to-end projects for customers within agreed timelines and in the most cost efficient and customer friendly manner.

Accountable for Integration, Implementation, rollout strategy and communication to stakeholders.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Accountable for end-to-end Programme Management within IT Services
Manages key stakeholders in the delivery chain
Owns the communication and alignment between the Business and IT services management team
Steers the Project- and Deployment Managers within the programme
Plans, recruits and allocates multiple resources to all projects in scope of the programme
Monitor programme’s and its projects progress and addressing adjustments needed for a successful completion
Ensures that the programme scope is delivered according to VT-IS standards and processes
Accountable for a multimillion programme budget
Accountable for gaining investment approvals from customers and financial approval boards (DCRB/ IRB). Accountable for ensuring budgetary and forecasting cycles completed for planned investments
Acts as an entry point for escalations to senior management
Accountable for senior management reporting
Build-up and maintain an effective communication flow with key stakeholders
Accountable to manage a team of high skilled internal and external Project- and Deployment Managers

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
At least 5year experience working in an IT service transition business environment
Strong experience in programme- & project management with strong service delivery and operational background
Major experience in IT Service provisioning
Strong communication and decision making skills and the ability to balance conflicting interests
Knowledge of operational procedures and process standards (e.g. ITIL)
Fluent in English
Experience of working in large multi-national, matrix based organisations
Experience in building and selling business cases for complex projects
Well-developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics
Strong stakeholder management

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Networking/Computer Science engineering degree
Senior Project- / Programme management skills (Prince2, PMP)
ITIL V3 Foundation

Drive cost efficiencies within the programme
Steer suppliers to drive high quality service at best possible costs
