Key accountabilities and decision ownership:Develop deep knowledge of company Direct solution to act as subject matter expert and provide ad-hoc advice and support to programme team and internal areas (sales, bids, GBS etc.)
Responsible for supporting the delivery of technical feasibility assessments for implementing company capability in new OpCos
Responsible for supporting Capability Manager by providing SME input on solution design and technical feasibility for new capability to support future roadmap planning
Responsible for supporting requirements capture, and technical solution and process design activities for the implementation of new company OpCos / capability
Validates compliance of any new company Direct solutions with all workstream leads (tax, legal, regulatory etc.)
Manages the end to end delivery of the company Direct capability to new OpCos, including providing updates to the program team to ensure accurate delivery timescales are communicated to customers
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Extensive technical telco billing knowledge required. Experience in Enterprise billing preferred
2+ years of technical experience in billing system integration
Very strong project management skills critical
3+ years of experience leading and managing solution/process design and delivery projects with a strong customer and technical focus
Proven operational understanding of Sell, Build & Run capabilities in the telecommunications sector
Significant cross-funciational experience managing multiple workstreams in a global landscape
Team player - able to collaboratively work in a highly matrix environment, across multiple functions and multicultural environments
Planning and organisation – ability to translate the different stages of change into a deliverable plan and drive timely execution
Personal resilience and can do approach – capable of working autonomously
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage risks and shifting priorities in a fast paced environment
