For an Endur software upgrade project the team is looking for an external Scrum master who can efficiently apply the agile methodology to the upgrade project.
Tasks:
Define and execute processes to Drive definition of test strategy for the upgrade project
Set up and lead scrum teams to ensure successful test of the target solution
Convince stakeholders of the benefits of the agile approach to ensure their commitment
Enable core project team to successfully continue agile processes beyond May 2016
Set up communication structure and tools to ensure efficient collaboration across 3 project locations
Provide regular reporting tailored to the agile methodology to create transparency on project status
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience as Agile Coach/Scrum Master
Experience with stakeholder management on different levels
Experience with test strategies
Experience with software upgrade projects
Experience with intercultural teams and offshore team
Great communication skill
