Tasks/responsibilities
§ Implement and configure SFDC Duplicate Management
§ Cleanse data in SFDC (Accounts, Contacts), eg.
o Duplicates
o Validation against SAP CRM and Bisnode/Dun&Bradstreet data
o Identification and deletion of unused data
§ Define concept for ongoing data quality and reports (best practice, SFDC standard functionality incl. Apps)
§ Document SFDC Quality Policy and manual
Qualifications/required skills
§ Certified SFDC Administrator
§ Proven knowledge of SAP CRM7
§ Data base analysis skills
§ Ability to communicate effectively on different levels within the organisation
§ Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
§ Good team-working and conflict management
§ Ability to work independently, accurately and timely and to prioritize
§ Fluent in English and German
Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, flexible and good at handling MS Office applications.
