Für ein Projekt bei unserem Kunden suchen wir eine/nSalesforce.com Quality Assurance Expert (m/w)
Location: Eschborn, Full-time
Duration: planned 23.11. until 18.12.
Tasks
Implement and configure SFDC Duplicate Management
Cleanse data in SFDC (Accounts, Contacts), eg.
Duplicates
Validation against SAP CRM and Bisnode/Dun&Bradstreet data
Identification and deletion of unused data
Define concept for ongoing data quality and reports (best practice, SFDC standard functionality incl. Apps)
Document SFDC Quality Policy and manual
Qualifications/required skills
Certified SFDC Administrator
Proven knowledge of SAP CRM7
Data base analysis skills
Ability to communicate effectively on different levels within the organisation
Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
Good team-working and conflict management
Ability to work independently, accurately and timely and to prioritize
Fluent in English and German
Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, flexible and good at handling MS Office applications.
