Currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Executive to be based out of one of my clients in Eschborn, Germany on a contract basis.
Main tasks:
*Support with handling orders
*Provide information about tariff options and general inquiries
*collect and catalogue returned Blackberries
*Train users/business managers to use the self-service portal
*To do regular reviews to confirm all users have been off-boarded correctly
*Communication to high spend users confirming they are on the correct tariff, confirm reason for high spend and take action (normally a tariff change, or education on using wi-FI, not using youtube, etc)
Location: Eschborn, Germany
Position: Contract
Duration: 6 months
Rate: up to €220 a day
