Project Manager (cloud based HR solution, finance industry, Frankfurt, up to €80/hour)
I have an excellent freelance position available for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a long-term and exciting project in Frankfurt, Germany.
My client is a leading provider of software solutions for the Finance and Automotive industries, specialising in the field of machine to machine communication. Their enduring success results from fantastic long term relationships with companies such as Commerzbank and Daimler/Mercedes Benz.
The position requires a large scale integration of a Talent Management solution, a cloud-based SaaS product.
Specifications of the role:
- Budgeting, time planning & controlling
- Risk management
- Communication with stakeholders
- Plan, lead and document meetings
- Coach team members to achieve optimal performance
Successful candidates should have:
- Expertise in applications and processes from a HR orientated domain such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Management
- Knowledge of SaaS based solutions & system integration
- Prince2 and/or PMI Project Management Professional or similar
- English language skills
