Business Architect.
Our client a large global company is seraching for a exprienced Business Architect.
Suitabe candidate will be required to
Create and maintain the Business Architect artefacts (eg TOGAF) as far as they are needed for the implementation and maintenance of the Information Management (IM) architecture; Perform impact analysis of new/modified business requirements and any applicable rules/policies towards the IM architecture and propose possible solution scenarios; Work with Software Architects and Designers to maintain the IM "As Is" and to suggest "To Be" IM architecture with justification. Once "To Be" solution is accepted, support the Software Architects and Designers in the implementation when necessary (eg specifications, testing); Support IM Programme Manager and Business/IT project managers in the IM programmes and projects planning and monitoring (eg planning/workload estimation for a "To Be" solution); Establish and maintain the Common Information Model which supports the management of IM architecture and IMF deployment; Establish and support the training of business process functional administrators (linked to the deployment of the IMF to Agency processes and the related collaborative sites) and the end-users; Ensure the transfer knowledge to the DRM team within the Internal Audit & Department.
The deliverables of the tasks are (but are not limited to):
Up-to-date IM architecture; Technical analysis (eg Metadata, business rules), User Acceptances Tests and migration files related to each process rolled-out (IMF deployment); Functional brief, business requests; project briefs and User Acceptance Tests for changes and new functionalities of the IMF; Technical analysis and User Acceptance Tests for Collaborative Sites; IMP programme and projects planning/monitoring overview; CIM tool; Functional Administrator RACI, guidelines and training material; End-Users training material and guidelines; Transfer knowledge documentation not already covered by the business architecture documentation. German speaking is a MUST.
