Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,nachstehend eine Anfrage bei der wir aktuell Unterstützung benötigen.
For our Client we search for a specialist (m/f) in "BI & Reporting, SAP Business Warehouse”
Requirement 1:
Perform extended QA sessions with external providers.
Extended QA covers
• Review of Solution Design Document (high level technical description) and Technical Design Document (detail level technical description)
• Code review
• Review of data (re-)loading approach in the production system
Objective is an evaluation of fit for purpose as well as a good integration of the concept / code into the landscape in the global SAP Business Warehouse.
Additionally a knowhow transfer to the external partners on how to improve if a flaw is found is required (i.e. this is a friendly review).
Requirement 2:
Do project work from technical design to service transition (incl. estimation, implementation, data load, ...) in a project area.
For both tasks the following qualification is required:
• At least 10 years proven work in a design and development role in SAP BW
• At least 6 years of experience in the chemical environment
• Excellent knowledge of BW backend development (extraction, staging, transformation, data modelling, transformation with a very strong ABAP/ABAP-OO know how, performance optimization in BWA and non-BWA environments, query design)
• Very good understanding of data loading requirements in a complex environment and integration of project work in production in the daily batch processing
• In depth knowledge of architecture rules and procedures in BW
• Excellent technical communication skills
• Willingness to perform design / code reviews and coach other consultants
• Strong team integration towards internal and external consultants is essential
• In-depth knowledge of 2LIS extraction environment
• Strong background in inventory management in SAP BW and SAP R/3
• Good knowledge of native SQL and integration into ABAP in a high data volume environment
Extended QA will be performed in English or German so fluency in both languages is a necessity.
