Service Manager
A Service Manager is urgently required for our market leading blue chip client on a long term contract. You will be challenged with this role but the location makes it worthwhile. The right Service Manager will be offered a rolling contract.
As the ideal Service Manager you will have the following skills and be required to perform the following:
- 10 Years of Experience
- Experience in ITIL processes
- Project management, Service management experience
- Team Work
- Self-motivated
- Experience in global environment
- Identifies, evaluates and recommends options, implementing if required
- Collaborates with, and facilitates stakeholder groups, as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements
Continuity management:
- Provides input to the service continuity planning process and implements resulting plans.
Supplier management:
- Assists in the collection and reporting on supplier performance data.
- Assists with the routine day to day communication between the organisation and suppliers.
Service Level Management:
- Ensures that service delivery meets agreed service levels.
- Creates and maintains a catalogue of available services.
- Diagnoses service delivery problems and initiates actions to maintain or improve levels of service.
- Establishes and maintains operational methods, procedures and facilities in assigned area of responsibility and reviews them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency.
