Acquisition Lease Checker:
This position is on a large telecommuncations roll out project for a telco vendor.
- Role will have Access to Saperion (Customer database)
- Requirement to communicate contracts from Customer Systems in a timely manner
- Ability to chase third parties for contract if not available in Customer tool
- Establish and carry out the process for consistent and timely contract scanning
- Identify and prioritise contracts (based on Cluster approach in case of urgency)
- Verify, that no contractual obligations restrict planned swap ( eg limitations in modification/expansion rights/used technologies etc.)
- Checklist to be defined.This check list might also contain checks that are of importance to NEMO2/SRAN..
- Screen and examine all contracts (limitation on contract duration, technical issues, )
- Define categories of landlords that require a specific communication scenario, as it is not possible to deal with all landlords a single way. (eg a single site landlord can be first addressed to by letter, while a big Multi Site Landlord needs to be informed on a personal way.)
- Execute Categorization of Landlords and document in database (eg reporting of actual status in SH)
- Determine communication to landlord
- Handover towards Acquisition Coordinator
