We are currently looking for a Data Engineer to join an exciting new project. We have a team responsible for the development of the central platform platform on which the applications for processing the master and transaction data are developed and operated. The aim of the tendered services is to support services in the area of development, maintenance and operation of the standard services of the platform in the Go programming language. The BaseServices form a central data hub between IT systems. The necessary procedures and tools are designed within this framework and implemented on a customer-specific basis. In this way, maintenance services can be provided in a cost-optimized, quality-assured, and timely manner. The runtime environments are Linux servers and containers, while cloud services used include AWS from EC2, S3, Cloudfront, EFS, ELB, Route53, Cloudwatch, RDS Postgres. A proper training and support during your work will be provided.Project details:

• Location: 100% Remote/ single days on site in Frankfurt am Main (for workshops)

Experience:
• Extensive know-how in Kubernetes and container engines - Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, YAML, Crosspalne) and continuous delivery, delivery pipeline and Gtiops tools (CircleCI)
• Experience with configuration and operation in AWS from EC2, S3, Cloudfront, EFS, ELB, Route53, Cloudwatch, RDS Postgres (>5 years)
• Good knowledge of the Go programming language (>2 years) and Crossplane
• Very good knowledge of known architectures (micro services)
• Experience with agile software development
• DevOps Engineer
• Confluence, Jira
• Architectural experiences
