The focus is on the development and integration of highly innovative driver assistance sensors. The new generation of sensors is the basis for advanced assistance and safety functions that meet both legal and customer requirements. The reliability and precision of our components ultimately enable the next step from assisted to autonomous driving.
In particular, our team deals with short- and mid-range sensor technology. This includes hardware and software. The software topics include sensor-related signal processing as well as basic software components for networking, diagnostics and security.
Location: Berlin, Wolfsburg, Ingolstadt, Mönsheim/Stuttgart (once or twice per month at the office)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Compiling the sensor-specific software requirements
- Planning the integration and testing of software components
- Organising and monitoring the software integration and testing process
- Coordination and management of software releases and related supplements (test tools, data sets)
- Collaborate with suppliers and departments responsible for cross- and customer functions
Who you are?
- Long-term professional experience (usually >5 years) in the field of driver assistance systems sensor software
- Knowledge of architectures, functions and environmental sensor technology in the field of ADAS/AD
- Experiences in ADAS/AD series development and the corresponding processes and standards (ISO 26262, ISO 29119, ASPICE, ...)
- Profound knowledge of the vehicle development process
