Job purpose: guide visitor / visitor groups through the Johnson & Johnson Institute and Ethicon production facility, while communicating values and the culture of Johnson and Johnson; gain business value and establish flowless business processes by power automation.After a period of onboarding and getting familiar with our processes and standards the Freelancer will be requested to provide support for a specific and timely defined event or education course. The Freelancer will be requested on demand for irregular support of varying extent. Therefore high flexibility is necessary. During a course the Freelancer will support the activities based on the briefing provided during the preparation for this course and based on their personal experience and knowledge.
Tasks:
Ensure that visitors have a safe stay
Host our visitors
Make sure visitors know the Johnson & Johnson guidelines at the facility and the production environment and behave accordingly
Collect and answer questions and feedback
Review regular the existing visitor tour and propose improvements/ adjustments actively
Follow HCC guidelines and tour guide talking sheets
Administrative work e.g. tour planning, alignment with production and maintenance of the tour content
Regular meetings with productions and adjustment of tour content details
Analyse business processes and improve them through power automation applications
Skills:
Previous education is Engineering (nice to have)
Communication skills
English mandatory, other language skills are an advantage
Strong customer orientation, confident manner
Strong communication skills, ensuring attention of visitors
Reasonable understanding of production flow and manufacturing steps.
