Beschreibung

? Senior level product/process development experience with an Electrical Engineering specialty – 5 years min
? Strong electrical test process knowledge in SMT, MFG Test at component, circuit, and functional test level
? Design industrialization – sketch to scale realization experience
? Process automation experience – high volume production 25+ million/year
? Technical leadership experience with electro mechanical (medical – would be beneficial) devices.
? Willingness to travel is required within Europe ~25%

? Responsible for coordination and communication related to new Manufacturing Test production tools & equipment with external manufacturing partners and internal product development team.
? Engage in technical tradeoff (process dev) discussions between internal dev colleagues and external process dev team related to Manufacturing Test.
? Responsible for Preparation, support, review and recommendation of external Manufacturing Test concepts including CAPEX and test coverage assessment analysis.
? Accountable for providing documents required for external manufacturing (e. g. technical requirement documents, P-FMEA) and responsible for evaluation, review and approval of those documents. This includes especially documents for necessary new MFG TEST production tools & equipment.
? Responsible for driving the partner to implement required MFG TEST processes and to define review of IQ, OQ, PQ of external processes, production tools & equipment
? Responsible for Final Review of the MFG TEST procedures, including the presentation of MFG TEST Coverage assessment, Traceability to Product HW production test requirements together with the involved departments


The project duration is 6 months with a possibility of extention for 1,5 years.
