Project managers oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects. They ensure that work is completed on time and within budget. They organise logistics, delegate work and keep track of spending.Responsibility:
Solving all technical issues on site.
Managing staff resource on site.
Working with Senior QS to commercially manage projects.
Monitoring contractors & subcontractors to ensure they are working to programme
Responsible for implementing a rigorous QA process to enable the inspection and approval of materials
Check compliance with architects, surveyors & engineers design documents
Setting up critical path analysis for projects, ensure compliance with project timetable, keep a check on quality control aspects. Create snagging list and follow up rectification.
